Initial Consultation and First Treatment

(40 mins)

Prior to arrival, you will be asked to fill out an online form, this includes personal details and history of any medical conditions that you or your family have experienced. You and the chiropractor will then talk through your past history together before discussing your current complaint. We carry out a detailed and confidential consultation, to learn more about you and your complaint.

We will then perform a thorough postural, orthopaedic and neurological examination, in order to determine the most likely diagnosis which will then be discussed with you.

In most cases, treatment will be performed on the first visit.

In more complex cases an x-ray, ultrasound scan, blood tests or MRI may be required. We can refer privately to Spire, Nuffield, and The Welsh Institute of Chiropractic, or refer through your GP (NHS).
